I aim to work in this profile for about two years I will be looking forwards for an opportunity to work in the capacity of Account Manager for high end clients for Harley Davidson. After gaining enough exposure in this area my next goal will be shift to the responsibilities of an Advertising and Marketing Manager from where I can slowly aim to climb the corporate hierarchy to become the Vice president of Branding and Communication in the span of five years.

While working for these five years I will be promoted to the responsibility of National Advertising Manager for any of countries in North America, after which I will be working as Director of Branding and Media Operations for the entire North American region. This should take around two to three years. Then finally after a couple of years depending upon my achievements and performance in the role of director, I anticipate to be working as Vice president of Branding and Communications for the entire company which is my goal for the next decade or so.

The time line for the above mentioned performance goals and the milestones achieved along with the respective time periods are mentioned in the following chart. This chart is tentative as the actual duration for respective activity might vary depending upon the external factors like economy, job market, personal problems and availability of resources in the country. However, this chart is the road map which I will be following for the next decade unless I reach my goal.
