According to United States Department of Labor, the employers have certain responsibilities towards maintaining a safe & healthy work environment which is under Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) law, which are as follows:
Workplace violence is a type of occupational hazard that is one of the top reasons for death at work. In such situations, HR professionals can use risk mitigation strategy to make sure that the workplace to safe and secure.
