Explanation / Answer
I have not faced any cultural difference but if I will face any such experience then it will be better to act in most professional ways which company has set. There may be differences due to age, ethnicity, communication style, education or personal background, In any case, it always good to follow the standard principle of communication to interact with other peoples. There should not be sharing of personal information or personal warmth but stick to sheer professionalism. Another way is to use the experience of others who has faced such incidences. One has to treat every person equally and give them equal respect. It is always better to not to form a image about any person before meeting.
