Creating community: The Company clearly understands the importance of community and creates a conversation based on trust. It describe about the reasoning behind the creation of community and how it matches with overall goal.
Getting hands dirty: The Company select the employee who can take the responsibility and can complete the task by getting its hand dirty. Those employees were provided with training about the importance of task and its value for the Organization then its utility is mentioned in employee’s career growth.
