when employees get best opportunity than the one which they are doing in current organization,

if there are any personal issues related to family or any personal obligations

when an employee is hesitated with the work procedures in the current system or not happy with the treatment they are providing. usually these are the different causes to leave an employee from an organization.

the reasons to hold or run in the organizaiton:

employees are satisfied with the work and related policies,

employees are expecting growth in present organization and

the good relations with the employer and the way the employer treat the employees.

when the employees do not get best score in the current appraisal system, they felt unhappy. and they may usually thinks that the process may not carrying the right objectives and because of partiality some people get good score where many of they do not get. and one more thing is that no employee likes his boss and their attitude, it also impact on the appraisal process.
