here the task of the training is provide all inputs to make potential customers into as customers.
employees are also interested to take the training and the inputs from the training programme, to be implement in the professional life and get positive results. becase a sale is a program, and every sale is an unique program which the seller has to apply different tools and strategies to close it.
here the objectives are close a deal or convert a person into customer, for that we should know all about our product and market along with the needs of the customer. we can not suggest him a product which does not fulfill his requirements and vice versa.
traning can be done by lecture method or like discussion of different case studies or ask them to solve by providing a problem to them.
once the training is over, one should give the accurate feed back on training programme, if are there any chances to improve the session; collect inputs from the learners only.
