Indicate (1) how the culture was formed and the effects that its culture has on the organization’s outcomes and effectiveness; (2) how change is influenced in the organization and what sustains changes when they occur; (3) how new members of the organization are socialized; and, (4) how the “fruits of the spirit” are displayed in the organization. Explanation / Answer

There is requirement of core ideologies for the company’s culture to prevail and the experience of working with a small agency made me study the organization culture.

It had its internal culture which focused on the productivity and passion of the employees. The core rested upon the leadership of the employees. The focus was to build on the brand of the company while giving priority to personal development and team collaboration to build dedicated team.

There was also stress on the perception of the company through the eyes of customers and clients. This would help to build a crucial brand keeping in mind the customers that it catered to.

The focus was given to the core values. This focused on striving to exceed the expectations of the clients and customers that the organization served. There was also stress given to ownership of responsibilities and commitment to a project for every individual from start to finish. Positive impact was the core element.

There was entrepreneurial initiative to identify new solutions to daily challenges for the employees. This was also encouraged through proactive problem solving approach inculcated for the employees. There was collaborative and risk taking approach supervised by the employees and encouragement of thinking creatively and strategically.

There was creation and evaluation of maintaining positive enthusiasm and collaborative teamwork effort. It was essential to maintain a successful teamwork while keeping an open mind. There was stress given to fighting challenging and differences and producing optimal results.

The need to have values for employees and syncing it with the pulse of the company was kept the core value.

There were perks introduced in the company like healthcare benefits, time off, employee outings and parties. There was also introduction of best technology for workers in the office. The celebration of the life milestones of the employees maintained a personal touch with the employees. The celebration of birthdays every month was a way to bring the team together.

Whenever the employees were unmotivated; for example instances of late arrival, rude behavior were dealt with in a sensitive way. The changes were implemented with the consent of everyone.
