She should be married to the worker at least 9 months (3 months in the case of accidental death) and regardless of the age if she is caring for a child who is under age 18 the should be eligible.

B

Yes the son will be eligible given the condition he is attending the full time school at age 18 and through end of school term in which age 19 is attained. As the eligibility of child is that he should be under the age of 18 years and unmarried.

c)

Yes the spouse will be eligible with reduced benefit. The Widow age 60-64 is eligible with reduced benefit.
