While you have taken some steps such as defining major processes and appointing process champions you are troubled that the firm has not moved to become more process–orientated quickly enough. You feel that greater alignment in a variety of aspects (IT, rewards, etc.) could help. You have been asked write a brief report on how greater alignment could be achieved to make your firm a more process-oriented organization? What can be done and how/why can it help?

Process oriented organisation actually focus on process related activities and all strategies and decision making preference is given to process steps. In order to evaluate process first have to analyse through scientific ways

All process has to be defined properly with route maps, clear cut distinction of work flow and work distribution etc. Measurable process can only be controlled properly. Thus measuring the process based on available industry standards or to be design standards. Analysing is a kind of reviewing activity and suggestions to improve. Improvement is always a continuous activity that focus on excellence. Finally controlling is to stabilise and monitor the activity to meet the precision.
