defining some bench mark targets for the people in all aspects, i.e. in their professional work related and also about their hope about future in the same firm. the goals and targets should be aligned with time tenure. and one more task assigned to them that is if they were the top managers how and what polocies make to be reach top and stay at the top by the firm.
by developing the top management the manager also should focus on designing different work situations like work related case studies and make them to solve those. the manager also should focus on team building and team management.
even if my friend was applied for the same position, even if he more talented than me, i wont considered it. i will put my ideas before the pannel irrespective of his presentation. if i got selected will feel happy, if my friend selected i feel more happy becasue they selected the more talented one than me.
