whistle blower is the person who cameout with the mis reperesentation of his/her employer. in general  whistleblower is an employee, who reports hir or her employer's misconduct to public or to the internal and external parties to the firm. there are laws that protect whistleblowers from being fired or mistreated for reporting misconduct, one of these laws is the Whistleblower Protection Act.

yes, autonomy is the independece decision making power of an individual with in his constraints. if peopel do not have autonomy, they can pressume that they are zero or they are nothing. so, people wants to have and wish to have autonomy at their work place and in professional life also.
