Delivery of Surveys

To deliver the surveys, the customers will be allowed to fill immediately within the restaurant or be allowed to carry the surveys to bring after 10 days. The allowance of 10 days will be useful in giving the customers an opportunity fill the survey questions accurately (Blair, Czaja, & Blair, 2013). However, the customers can be asked to answer the survey questions on the spot to avoid delays.

Sample

The nature and detail of the sample used to conduct the survey will include 50 customers who be surveyed within different days of the weeks. The 50 sample customers will be from different ages and food preferences. 30 will be females and 20 males. The sample will be critical in obtaining critical information about the customer experience within the restaurant.

Distribution Method

The distribution methods of the surveys which would assist in meeting the sample goals includes using email customized links to the customers’ mails, direct distribution to the customers as well as social media distribution (Rea & Parker, 2014). For instance, social media distribution approach would help in reaching a large of the customers of the restaurant. Online distribution of the survey question is also simple and less costly.

Minimizing Survey Bias

Some of the steps, which can be taken to minimize bias in the survey, includes selecting words and phrases appropriately to avoid misleading the respondents, framing the survey questions well, offering the appropriate amount of options in a survey question, developing a neutral survey model, and being honest in the survey process (Blair et al., 2013). These steps will be critical and important in minimizing the level of bias within the survey.
