week 8D 0ne of our four MBA program objectives focuses on student ethical development. Another focuses on your development as a leader who can solve problems in an unpredictable environment. In this discussion, you will explore hoe your knowledge of organizational behavior will make you a more ethical problem-solver. In your original post - identify three topics covered in this course that will enhance your ability to be an ethical problem-solver. For each topic, give examples of ways you will change your behavior because of knowledge gained in this course.

We can develop our attitude and thinking ability with MBA programme. For developing and effective course can change our attitudes. Most of the knowledge is depends on best books, but practicle knowledge is the best knowledge.

As per requirement you can choose the following course.

1. Marketing:

If we choose marketing coarse, we should learn presentation skills. Every task is challenging and never end process. If you work in product marketing, analise the market demand, given advertisings, conducting programmes for promotional activities, gathering orders, arranging logistics for supply. In this process we should communicate with vendors.

2. HR

Human resources, now a days most of the companies preffering HR task is the most important. IT enconomy is the most effective in the people & society standards, for IT sector main working source is Man Power. Not only developing the Skills but also extra circullum activities also, because in working time always they need happy energetic atmosphere. So conducting extra circullum activies, providing trainings on new skills for new works, change the atmosphere at work location etc.,

3. Finance

Now a days each and everything depends on finance. Everyone have money but they don't how to spend in correct ways, the same way companies also. How they can gather finance from thrid parties, how they can controlling the finance drain flow etc. Wealth is the most important for a company, so that can gather financiers, plan for reduce overheads, parepare necessary reports related to finance flow.

Above three topics can change attitude to develop business environment.
