For the first meeting of the principals’ summer workshop, you are to have prepared for group discussion the latest facility usage guidelines/suggestions (including use by religious groups) of the author of your main text. Being the principal and request has been made to arrange for summer workshop session the subject of the topic to be discussed is updating school board policies for the school boards future consideration/deliberation. Since this is the first meeting which shall be organised for all the principles and a group discussion has to be organised the main agenda of dicussion would be how the school board policies needs betterment and what and all changes can be done to make the policies user friendly. Now since the policies need polish and has to changed according to the latest guidelines issue from the senior management all the principals who shall be coming for the meeting need to give their inputs so that a good and applaudablee policy can be framed.The main motive here is to ensure that school follow the guidelines and adhere to the policies framed or formulated. Am sure with all the discussion in place we will be having that the policies are implemented and adhered religiously.
