This is your final reflection assignment, which should consist of three pages.
First, state the goals you set for yourself to remind yourself and your faculty member. This also sets the stage for this paper. Then, consider the feedback you've received on your personal goals and through the peer feedback tool the following sources:
For each personal goal you set, provide a brief assessment on how successful you were in making desired changes in your behavior.
What was the goal?
If you were successful, how have or how will these changes help you in your work going forward? How difficult was it to make these changes? Do you think you'll keep this change? If you want to keep it, what can you do to further establish this new habit in the weeks ahead?
If you were not successful, what do you think kept you from making changes in your behavior? Be sure to focus on internal factors that you control rather than external factors such as time pressure or your teammates.
Please review the broader feedback from the OMBA ALP Final Peer Assessment. What have you learned from this with respect to your contributions as a leader and/or as a team member? Did you gain further insight regarding your progress toward your personal goals? Did you gain additional insight into other tweaks you'd like to make regarding your team behaviors?

Stated goals. My goal is to improve presentation and communication skills and be a good listener.
Feedback:
Chuck, I think that you are a great listener, and your devils advocate nature was deeply needed in our group. In the second half of the project you were much better about prioritizing your tasks so that the group got what it needed, and not just what chuck wanted to give us. You also became more vocal in the second half of the project in terms of speaking your mind, and communicating with the group.
He you have improved as a listener and over the last ten weeks you have shown growth and patience when working with teammates. You have communicated more efficiently and contributed better good input to the team and project.
You have been a good listener. Throughout the ALP project, you have asked multiple questions to be clear on what exactly we are trying to accomplish. I think this is a quality of a good listener, to hear everyone out and then ask appropriate questions. You have also communicated effectively with the team. One instance which stands out is when we were discussing qualitative vs quantitative recommendations. You made a strong stance and let the team know that we need to clarify this point before we move ahead. Overall, you have been successful in achieving your goals.

He is able to refocus the team when we stray from the underlying issues of the task at hand.
He has really worked on his communication skills and it has helped the team in numerous ways. He also initiates constructive conflict that helps the team work through ideas and decisions.
Analytical skills Playing the devils advocate
Very inquisitive. Asks a lot of questions which is important to gather the necessary information and get clarification on topics at hand.

He sometimes remains on one point too long even when the discussion has move forward.
He always questions assumptions for clarity, however he must make sure that he gives ideas of others complete consideration and due diligence.

Goal Setting :
Following is the Goal that I have set in my life.
Goal: To achieve the highest post in public service commission.
Yes I achieved this goal . I systematically planned all things for achieving this goal . In initial days it was difficult & challenging for me to achieve this goal.
Following were the challenges
1)Huge competition
2)Difficult study
3)Family Responsibly
4) Availability of facility lik Library , Internet being lived in rural area.
5) Financial crunch
6)Risk in Career if not selected in Public service commission.
Etc
These and other many challenges I faced during the preparation of public service commission.
To achieve this success the only thing was permanent & that was Change .Each & every moment brought a new change in the preparation.
During the course of preparation So many changes took place.
But the way I approached to all these changes or will say problems in a positive way.& That approach helped me a lot.
Every individuals when they are trying to achieve their goals they must cope up with the changes in a positive way. That is the simple difference between successful & Unsuccessful person.
Feedback :
This is very important to take feed back of our actions , process , works. How we will come to know whether we are going on right track or wrong track. So I developed a feedback system , which ensured the correct performance & what action needs to be done for the wrong things.
Feedback was of two types.
Through mouth feedback , I was discussion with Professors , Teachers , Friends , Parents.
Through documented feedback we were getting the feedback about class test , written exam , interview which was given.
The result which are generated from the Feedback , that result helped me a lot for developing my performance & rectifying my errors. These Fed back are the vital part of this success.
Take away :
I followed this system systematically for the preparation of exam .& I succeeded in that .But even more because of this systematic approach this helped me a lot in my personal life as well as work life. The preparation pedagogy always gives me a message that I have to complete any task which are coming under me , I have to complete that task systematically , efficiently , productively.
Team work :
When we were preparing for competitive exams , we used to a study in a group. We covered almost all topics of all subjected through team work.
