I have selected the Walmart a retail giant in US Company the operating philosophy Objectives managment aaproach attitude towards customer solving approach is phenomenal this company over the years have given the customers a Wow experience and have always been favouring customers in all the fields. The customer centric approach have led to the growth of this company and have always been the No1 company in retail. The customer problems have always been solved by the company immediately whether its the customer return or the addressing of the customer issues. They have also ensured that the suppliers improvement programmes are also initiated so they get the best training and because of this they can be expert in delivering the goods on time. The suppliers are given best of the treatment and also they are given vigorous training. Based on my evaluation Walmart have always been doing excellent and exorbitant amount of job in both the parameters where the results has been treamondous. The company has been following the quality culture where the standards has been high. Walmart has the customer WOW experience general public appreciate the experience when they enter the walmart stores. The walmart culture will enhance its success. This would ensure that the growth of the company would be at a faster pace.
