The whole strategy has to be re designed in such a ay that company has to identify the revenue scoring areas apart from licensing.

Microsoft has introduced collaboration software packages like Office,360 degree and XL dynamic ERP system. Both tool are effective and customisable one according to the business requirements and industry specification. As a strategy manager my first assignment would be to identify the market of both tools in the current market. To those companies which we already have a tie up will refresh the same by introducing the two ne packages . XL dynamics is bit costlier as it is an ERP package, but office 360 is suitable for mid segment and start up office as well. It requires licensed Microsoft tools that helps to gain revenue to the company as customer wants to upgrade te tool automatically to fit into the software environment. This software offers sharing documents, files create folders and linkages between teams etc.

Migration of legacy model to cloud based model helps to make the service more compact ad transparent in nature. It help the process more vibration nd more conclusive. It helps the people across to interact more and clear their doubts and issues. Thus revenue can be generated through a revisit or re inventing the product features to a different format so that customers seems to be ore inclined to buy those new featured products.
