Design Topic: A Study of the Impact of Good Sleep on Maintaining a Good Health. It has been always said that good sleep helps people have good health. Based on this fact, the researcher of this study wants to investigate and find out the opinion of 60 people about this matter.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the opinion of participants of the study based on demographic characteristics of participants such as their gender (male and female), their academic degrees (bachelor degree, master’s degree, and doctoral degree), and based on their age (different age groups).
The hypothesis of the study is: Hypothesis: Good sleep improves good health in people regardless of their gender, regardless of their academic degrees, and regardless of their age. In other sense, anybody in any gender, in any degree group, and in any age group can benefit from good sleep. The result of the study showed that all participants regardless of their gender, academic degrees, and age agreed that having good sleep improves maintaining a good health and living healthy.
