A ) A leader should posses qualities of an efficient organizational leadership. He must know how to organize integrate and coordinate different departments ,not just a supervisor role. Organizational leader helps to understand each deaprtment and their priority in the hospital. He must effectively arrange the resources and check for bottle neck situations .Organizational leadership will help him understand and analyze the management issues.This gives him a deeper insight on how to get things in place in very short time.After developing he hospital, he should consider a publicity and advertising to let the people be aware of the developments.

A ) Every organization / Instituion is different and Unique in nature from one another.Each has a different set of demand and needs to be fulfilled.Planning must be done acoording to the intensity of the problems.H e must align the immediate action required departments.
