Explanation / Answer

No of Shares=10,000 Shares 10,000*20=$200,000 is the Market value at the time of Signing the Contract.

After one month 10,000 Shares Value becomes 10,000*40=400,000 increase pf $200,000 here after one month their is a profit of $200,000 over and above the investent done.

Analyzing the whole situation and seriousness if the said price that is the current price is not given its Known as Breach of Contract. When the contract was signed their were few questions about the clauses and the phrase that were mentioned in the contract Was the timeframe of the contract mentioned,Date and Time of the Contract,Name of both the partys who is selling and buying,The risk and technicallitys involved with the contract,Scope of contract,Wheather the law pertaining to violation of contract was mentioned, contract had value and number of shares clearly mentioned if these things were mentioned then their should not be any problem for her to sue the person as this would lead to a court case. if their is a breach of contract than everbody has the right to sue the person in the court of law. since the value doubled of the shares and benefited Alisha everything would get executed as per the Contract.
