Explanation / Answer
Trader Joe demonstrates such level of effective planning, and accurate management process in all the work they perform. This could be seen in the following ways. The ways their employees are being dressed, the way the shelves are being maintained, the way the inventory is maintained in the store, the way how overstocking and understocking is getting maintained. The lessons that they offer are, overstocking of inventory is harmful to business, and the same way the understocking of the inventory is also harmful. The employees in the organization must be neatly dressed and very well tuned into the organizational goals and culture. Prefect planning and execution is required in all the businesses. Hiring process must be carefully done. The skills that are required are, very good practical knowledge in the industry. Adaptability of the employees to every situation that they face in the organization. Ability to work under enormous work pressure and also without buckling. Since a non traditional working procedure is being followed, the statement of operation must be clearly defined with all the exceptions that are possible. The latest threat that they are facing is that they are having short of experience professionals who could handle such non traditional situations in the work place. The standards has to be raised by the trader Joe, since the competitors are already catching up. The immediate requirement is to train some experienced professional in the same business to fullfill their employee shortage, that could happen in the near future
