The most important features of this school of thought are:

1.This theory assumes people want to work.

2. People are self motivated and not lazy.

3. People want to suceed and understand their position in the company.

In today's health care setting when a objective of the management is to obtain both clinical and finicial goal, few positive way to engage employees using this school of thought are:

a. Empowering them to take their own decision and innovate new process of working to create more better clinical operations.

b. Training them to increase their responsibilities and also giving them more freedom to put their best.

c. Sharing with them the big picture objective of the management so that they are the partners not contributers in obtaining the goals.

d. Identifying the cultural norms to set up a better workplace for the employees in health care sector.
