Team charter must comprises of a team lead, project manager, technical expertise members, executioners, data analyst.

All must be aware of the objectives and their own deliverables. So a clear cut project description with defined roles and task associates is given to each members to understand the hierarchy and milestones with their own deliverables.

As a project facilitator every week a project update meeting will be conducted for half an hour, where all the project members can disuss about the progress and their concern

Conflicts can be resolved through better communication channels and descrbed heirarch and responsibilities. So time gap or un necessary dependency can be killed through proper communication networks ( e-mail formats, telephonic discussions, MoM cascading etc) can be followed as a best practise.

Though virtual collaboration can be incorporated it is best to have synchronous mode of technology where users can interact with the team and can resolve the issues on real time basis. Proper network coverage’s and technology support has to be ensured to connect with various teams.

As the team involves many higher officials and mid level and the executives, it is not easy to come up with level of collaborative environment. But if the team has given specific task orieneted objectives I am sure all are professionals to show their skill sets to the best and seek help from toehrs an show the team spirit to the right level. First communication channels have to be made very compact and easy to manage things. Conflicts resolution has to be happened on real time basis and intermediates must take initiatives to resolve this. Mini milestones have to be setup to identify the gap and track the overall projects. PERT, CPM diagram can be sued to re structure the necessities and identify the value and non value added things. It helps to identify the dependency level as well.
