In value chain management, the goal of creating customer value for the organization includes customer delight (exceeding customer satisfaction) and profitability. Organizational leadership plays a key role in establishing programs, policies, and process that enable ongoing employee satisfaction. Directions 1. In an organization when employees is working for that organiation there should some reason why those employess are working for that Oragnaization.The first and foremost thing is employee satisfaction.
Nowadays people does not give value only to the money hike in their salaries they even look at the satisafaction they get working in that organization by analysing thier working,learning the technology,employee realtion,importance at work place by feloow employees and higher officials.
There are some employees who stick to a particular organization for many years and dont think of changing the oragniation just because of the satisfaction they ger working for the organization and quality of imporatane they get at work palce.They feel very comfortable working for that organization and carry out thier responsibilty in every possible way.
When I take the role of decidion maker in an organization,the first step whihc I do would be observing every employee,their strenghts and weakness,which employee s good at which skill etc.Basing on this we need help out the employees by organizaing some new technology programes whic can help them to enhance thier skills in every possible way so as to increase thier knowlege in better aspect.
Need to check woth every employee thier satisfaction level at work place and how far they are good at work and help those who ae not able to get the work satisfaction in evry possible way so that it helps to increse the cofidence and helps the employee to perform totheir besteven at work place.
When some body achieves the targets ot goals which has been set up for them those employees should be awarded or recognised among all so as to make the employee feel special among all which inturn boosts his confidence to another level and always gives his best at work place/.
Employee satisfaction is one of the most important key factor which has to be maintained in the organization by giving the appraisals or giving hikes to the employees for thier contribution to the oragization.We need to maintian good employee realtion in the oragganization so that every employee feel confortable at work palce and give thier best every time they perform.
