Dear Mr. Smith,
The reason for this letter is to let you know our team has been doing an excellent job on this quarter and we have achieve all of the goals that were assigned to us by management, however we do feel there is room for improvement by developing our team members.
Right now we have 2 kind of teams, the senior team and “rookies”, senior team is in charge to handle the complex projects and the rookies work on minor projects that we received on a daily basis, however there isn’t a figure of coach or mentor in our organization.
I feel that if we could mix the members and have senior employee with the new ones they will benefit from their knowledge on how we handle projects, this is also going to provide synergy to the organization because employees will create a bond or relationship with others that can only improve the way we do business.
By having mentors we will have a lower turnover because employees will be committed to the organization and we will be able to provide more opportunities to grow.
