Racialization can be considered as a set of activities or a process with regards to a particular social practice which seems to be least in the society. As far as the racialization of the south Asian identity in US is taken into consideration, a lot of controversies exist since a long period of time. Whiteness is considered as a mandatory quality or prerequisite for the South Asians in US for naturalizations. They consider the color of the people before involving them in any social practices. This uncertainty in the racialization of the South Asian identity also mirrored in the census Bureau of the US
