Q ) HOw dod you define success as a business owner ?
A ) I would define success as a sincere and whole hearted effort I made to change or modify the regular path of action.Pennies may come and rain for a year and profits may vanish after few decades, but my definition of success would be how you change and make a ever lasting mark on the market.A new innovation and new change you bring in or a new product that you launch in the market for the first time.As a business owner I know , I cannot be the king through out the market, new entries wil come and other firms may produce at a very less price, but what makes me special through is my attempt in starting to change things from the regular path.

Q ) What are your goals and company's goals for the next 3-5 years ?
A ) Goals change from time to time. For 1st year , my goal would be research and development to produce something that the market hasnt seen yet.For the 2nd year,my goal woulld be striving to sustain the heavy competition and withstand in the market.For the 3rd year, My goal would be keep updating timely for being in the race, maintaining the quality.For 5Th year, my goal would be to make a remarkable mark and be one of the top business that made a change.

Q ) What is the single most critical talent that you possess as a business owner ?
A ) My single most critical talent would be adjusting to the bitterness in reality . Standing in the reality , I feel the intensity of the competition of the reality world.I cannot run a business in isloation, I need to stand in the market and understand its patterns.I can estimate the changes and trends those which act in favor of my business and have to tackle the forces that act in aganist .

Q ) What skills and talents thet you would think to make more successfull ?
A ) I would need to improve my techical skills, I have detailed plan of action in my mind but when put it into technical terms , i have problem to follow the latest advanced technology.I would like to improve my tech skills .Being as a tech person always has its own advanatages and benefits in the market.
