Explanation / Answer
Managers could become great leaders. This could be done by modifying certain areas of action.
Above mentioned qualities makes a great leader.
The job of a leader in an organization is to lead the team members who are assigned to him according to the organizational goals and objectives. He has to instill the values of the organization in the minds of the team members. He has to show the way to achieve the organizational targets and also his person targets.
There is no much of a difference between a manager and leader. Only difference is that leader have people who follow them in whatever they do, without opposing his thoughts. But the managers have people who work for them. They will only do the work only if they are satisfied in what they are doing. It is enough for a leader for him to only know the path for success. But for the manager, he has to convince his people that this is only way for success.
