This is in reference to an email from executive leadership that the sales goals and plans are mis-aligned with your fiscal year forecast. It seems that your forecasts are 3.8% below sales plans and 3.5% below sales goals. How will you approach this meeting and what information will you use for the meeting?

The deviation of the forecasted and actual sales plan and sales goals is high and require a very strong explanation to management team. The approach to the meeting should be positive with a onfidence on face and a good body gesture. The information for the meeting should include the research work, reasons for the downside of the sales and plans and sales goals, plans for the next steps, implementation of the action plans, targets for the next quater, etc.

In-dept explanation to the team in the meating is very importarnt so that the immediate action can be taken quickly.
