Describe both distributive and procedural organizational justice and how they differ. How may one’s level of collectivism influence his/her interpretation of a situation as reflecting distributive justice? How may one’s level of power distance influence his/her interpretation of a situation as reflecting procedural justice? Finally, which of the four primary decision making styles (see the slides on leadership styles/models) do you believe would lead to a manager’s decision most often being interpreted as distributively and procedurally just by an employee?

Dustributive Organisational Justice deals with the organisational concerns where in it raises the employees's Concern reagrding the fairness of the justice given. This is the most important form of justice because in an organisation, most of the employees attrite if they feel that the organisation is not doing justice to them.
Another type of organizational justice is called procedural. Procedural justice is concerned with how employees view the fairness of the process of how outcomes are decided.
