Situation 1: Business disruption has become a serious concern of the company president who wants to see a detailed plan before the work begins. She explains that current work must be completed in the old hangar and all new work is to being in the new hangar.

Part 1:
Major factors which will be taken care of are:
1) To analyze the current position of the project.
2) Create new timlines of the tasks to be finished at handed.
3) Working a backward timlines deciding approach, each task to be completed by working overtime on it.
4) All the critical task to be identified and to be completed on priority .
5) Identification of bottlenecks at the early stage of the project and rectifying them at early stages.
6) Getting project sponsor on board for increasing the team size inturn bandwidth to complete the task on time without effecting the buiness continutity
7) New project gantt chart will be prepared from backward approach consiering the 10 day window in considering and identifying the bottlenecks during early phases or during the kickoff meeting for the project.
8)Bringing the president on board by taking the buy in for his/her responsiblity to get the necessary approval on time to complete the tasks in hand on time. Any delay in approvals will create a delay in delivery of the project.
