Jennifer’s parents sued the Phillies to rescind(avoid) the agreement, asking the Court to return the ball to Jennifer. A) What Contracts issue is presented by this case? Jennifer is just 15 years old. The contracts with Jennifer is void because he is a minor. Any contract with the minor is void unless it is supervised by the responsible guard ( Parent ) .
