Explanation / Answer
There are large number of delinquent records.
Monthly admission is 300 whereas the monthly discharge is 250. There is some mismatch in figures.
Total number of delinquent records are at 600. Serious measures has to be taken to make this delinquent records to come down.
With the amount of irregularity in the reports, the operating procedure of the records have been very dismal. Serious supervising is required in the operational front, to bring down these delinquent records.
If any operational guidance is required, that has to be given to the staff and the physicians who are piling up the delinquent records.
