In the article, "Kidney Shortage Inspires A Radical Idea: Organ Sales," Dr. Francis Delmonico believes that even a regulated human organ trade would be exploitative because “it’s the poor person who sells” (Meckler, 2007). Answer the following questions:

Do you agree that allowing a poor person to sell an organ is an exploitative practice? Why or why not? Hi,

Defination of exploitation:The action of making use of and benefiting from resources.

As per above defination,if you force some one for anybenifit than it is explooitation same way if you force some one for sell body organs for your personal benifit it is definately exploitation.

I am not in favor of allowing a poor person to sell an organ because as per me yes it is exploitative practice because, some times poor people are not even aware his/her kidney sold.some times forcefully taking organs from them,in furure when poor people needs organs he wont by from anyone.

Poor people are hardworkers generally once organ sold by them some times they cant work properly or doctors suggest dont do more or hrd work so,After organ sold now work will also gone,for people that will be difficult to earn for food even at that time, so poor people will come under bad condition.

Documents:

1).Person understand total matter which organ he is donating and need sign that he/she is donating that organ.

2).What will happen after organ donate by him/her?Which problem they will have to face in future if he donate that organ?,need sign of person in document.

3).Risk of operation while he is donating organ.

4).Insurance of donner and his family while donation organ if he is only earner person of family .

5).Total value,benifits he will get after donation on stem paper required..Poor people have not that much money if organ taker wont provide benifits as per contact, so total contract should be with govt approval and on stamp paper 6).From hostpitals also needs to issue paper and check every tests before do operation and approval certificates.

7).Doctor guide properly to poor people in writter what are pros and consbefore and after operation and how to take care in future of helath also.

8).Doctor needs to isuue certificate organs are match properly because some times due to not match organs patient can die also.

so for save poor people and stop exploitation of poor people needs above docs and police can play a role to ask them wether he is agree and not doing organ donation under any force is necessary,

Whenever any organ donation operation case come to hospital doctor must inform police for save exploitation.
