Question

please answer for me those question below:

1)When you reflect on the types of relationships that you have in your life, what are some of the things that you both enjoy and struggle with? What have you learned from your relationships?

2)The purpose of this assignment is to have you see where all of your hard earned money is going. Try this free onlinebudgeting tool titled Budget Calculator. You can fill the document out online and print it off when you are done if you would like. It is important to see just what you are spending your money on. Are you able to save something every month or are robbing Peter to pay Paul?

Fill in the numbers for a typical month's income and expenses. Use financial records where possible, and estimate where necessary. Now that you've summed up all the numbers and have seen how and what you spend your money on, are you surprised at how much you spend and where you spend it? Please do not send me your actual budget. Answer only the following questions and submit them in this assignment

Do you recognize where your stress is coming from or do just feel it but don't know why? What do you do to relax and find some peace in the midst of a stress storm?

Explanation / Answer

1. The important type of relationships that i have in life are:

(i) family - these are the cases of being related to someone by blood. examples are parents, siblings, offsprings etc.

(ii) professional - these are the working relationships and includes ties with partners, co-workers, seniors in a profession or in a business.

(iii) friendship - these relations are not tied by blood and are based on a common ground between individuals.

(iv) romantic - this includes formalized intimate relationships. example - marriage.

I enjoy the various relationships that i have. Each relationship has a different dimension to it and adds to your value system. I have learned different values from my relationship with my family and completely different values from my relationship with my co-workers. I treasure and enjoy all of them as each and every one of them adds to my personality and helps me grow as an individual.

When i reflect on relationships, i particularly enjoy reflecting on the relationships on a personal level i.e friends, family and romantic. There is a personal dimension to these relationships there are aspects of joy as well as sorrow. Reflecting on the various moments associated with these personal relationships is what i enjoy.

In terms of struggle, i usually struggle to build a close association with people in my professional relationships. I struggle to break the professional glass ceiling and get close to my co-workers or seniors or partners.

I have learnt that each and every relationship has to be nurtured carefully. You should be an active participant in developing a relationship, otherwise there is a risk that the relationship will die off. Relationships gives you strength and adds new dimensions to your personality. Thus i have learnt to value all my relationships and i have also learnt that all relationships are not same and so your expectations should vary, depending on the type of the relationship.
