Explanation / Answer

Answer: The three components of NLR act are:

1. Exclusivity principle: This states that the company allows the employees to choose their representative for any neotiation that may takes place between the principle and the employees for wages, working hours and condition etc. The purpose of this component is to give this structure a democratic flavour that would work for the mutual benefit of the company and the employees.

2. Free collective bargaining: This is the component that gives the right to employees to select a representative for the bargaining process for thir benefit. The importance of this principle is that the process if fails between the employer and the employee then the intervention of the market would determine what is good for them.

3. Structural autonomy: This principle determines and states the structural autonomy of the representative of the employees for the collective bargaining process. The importance of this principle is that this principle states that there is no interference of the employer in the bargaining process.
