3. Some of us seem to be more tuned in to others and are better able to read their intentions. Perhaps those people have subconsciously learned through experience some of the "tells" described by Jan Hargrave. Perhaps they subconsciously react to the observed body language but are completely unaware of their own body language and what it tells others. Would you find it useful to be able to read others body language? Would you find it useful to understand and control your own body language? How would these skills be useful for a leader?

A ) Communication is a very important and essential ingredient in the any aspect.( Be it coaching, mentoring, business, dancing ) .Its a special form of expression you choose to communicate with the world around you.The usage of non verbal communication helps us to communicate with just special gestures.We can communicate with body language and makes gestures to express his mood and gestures.

A ) Body language plays a very important role while interacting with others .The advantage of reading and understanding other's body language is , we can know whether the message is correctly recieved by the other person.This helps us to understand the other person's interest in the topic . We can mend and change our ways methodologies to explain them more clearly. Reading and comprehending other's body language can helps us to get the best of the current situation. Monitoring anc hcekcing one's own body language is the best method to show others to have empathy for them.We can make them feel better with just our body language and gestures . When a leader knows that his subordinate has made a mistake, a simple gesture from the leader wil the person understand the mistake and will not repeat it again.A simple pat on the shoulder, will make the person feels better.
