Basically, EMR means Electronic Medical Records. S we know hospital system is one of the biggest system to handle. There are many crital issues need to be solve in a sti[ulated time for that hospital data should be very transperant & flexible to handle.
Its very important to have EMR system in hospitals.
Eg. If any person had an accident and doctor asked him for X- Ray. With the helpof EMR system we can send X ray report / Mail to the concern doctor immediately.
And doctor can access that dat any time.
EMR system is very useful for physicians it will give more satisfaction to them. Long time/ back dated data of patients required to do the documentation affecting their practice and patient communication. Results of laboratory and radiology functions can run smoothly and can be easily accessible on one click.With the help of this system electronic prescription function will reduced errors and saved time and we can keep it for further reference.In hospital many doctirs are associated with one hospital in this many doctors can use patient related data under one roof.
Eg. In accident case, surgon ,physiotherapist can access data of one patient for different purposes.
