Are developing countries better off with the presence of global companies such as Apple? Why or why not? Are companies to blame? Are consumers to blame? What would you do as a manager for Apple? Should Apple stay or leave China?

Yes, Apple should stay in China because this firm gives huge number of job employemnt in the country for the youth. yes but it is also important that Apple have to make environment favourable and relaxable for employee. Specially Work force, Demands, Working hours, Health, and finally Salary which is most importnat for them and for mind peace and satisfaction. Beacuse we all know that China market is campareably much chiper rather than any other countries and they have huge potential for large number of manufacturing capacity. So here Apple have to run their business with Law and Human satisfaction.

Look Apple is a very big brand name and it has some name and potential to change the market on individual basis. So Apple can really help to grow the eceonomy and jobs in the country better than off from developing countries. If Apple can shift to other coutntries like Japan, Gulf countries then it may help to grow their economy. Yes it is true that China market and development is really better but few world leaders can give good platform to show up your country in world wide market.

Apple is not a single copmany those who always give pressure on the employee for more production or asking for more working hours. Here are few companies also like Hyundai, Suzuki which have much work force on production line. Yes this things wrong that No one can work more than 8-9 hours on daily basis because of health issue, but Apple did this in wrong manner and Apple force them to work11-12 hours. So here Apple have to recruit more numbers of employee to increase performanance because it is definetely chaces of error or fault in product because of huge work force or dissatisfaction in employee.

As a Manager I will go through basic rule or condition like spread the work force by recruiting the new employee, yes it is also right that new employee's salary also affect revenue, but will give more production with supreme quality. Recruit proper age of employee means not less than 18 years. Gives satisfied salary. Also experinced them what the make means give real life experince to opearate Apple gadgets to improve quality or give better ideas. Good foods and accomodation to feel compelete rest in their life.

Apple should have to follow the country company law, Yes it is also right they are giving huge number of jobs in china, but they have to follow law to make easy going business which also attract more number of employee towards them as well as political power to improve their business at different level and places.
