Explain the five general principles of prescription in your own words? If you are a physician and a patient insists for a particular medication, how you will deal with that patient in that situation? Five principles of General presciption :

1)   According to the patient condition after checking the patient doctors taken final decision by curing medicines that they have written in a presciption, Presciption contain tablets name or injection name or any test should must be conducted listed test name with appropriate date and valid sign.

2 While checking the patient, if doctor have the proper knowledge for curing the diseases then only she/he must write tablets name in the presciptions because doctor given any wrong tablets it will may a person abnormal or it leads to death also.

3) Doctors have right and duty to give the sample tablets (unlicensed) to patient but under their high supervison, don't give the these type of samples for critical and serious patients. Why doctors have to use the sample tablets because to welcoming new tablet / medicines without doctor acceptance new tablets can't get license.

4) It is very important because this is for admitted patient prescription, upto patient gets normal nurse or attendant should provide tablets or injection dosage as per presciption, in case excess or shortage of medicine take makes the patient health worst.

5) Even, the patient can admited, doctors have responsbility to alter the prescription which was previous written by her/him   if required, for curing the patients. Treatment required any test, that should be written in the presciption the test name what for the purpose test has conducting which part of the patient it should conducted. Test such as blood test scan, x-ray etc.
