top management is the voice of the organization, among them CEO is the driver to the organization. he should control, regulate, lead and run the firm. he is the key person, he frames strategies, policies and implements them in a correct way and alwasy works for the welbeing of the firm. but to reach the position education is not only sufficient. the person should have broder mind, clear thoughts, clarity in what he do, taking right decisions at right time, abitlity to take decisions at risky times and so on.

people will gain all these with experience; that is why we says that experience makes mans perfect. to lead thousands of people, billion dollors of assets, with lakhs of customers and meeting their expectations; all these typical tasks always.
