There can be many challenges that comes in the way while implementing a change be it in the business or in normal life. So, to adapt to these changes is something that can be a big challenge to the company as well as to its employees.

i) Managers & Employees:

One of the major as well as vital challenges that comes up while implementing a HRIS is that of the training of the employees and their managers. Even the most intuitive systems can seem imposing when employees and managers are unfamiliar with the appearance and functions of the system.

ii) Management:

With change in the system comes the changes that incur in the way the management of the company functions or works. Managers should clearly express how and when employees can reach out to discuss issues with the new changes, as with emails or specific office hours.

iii) Security:

Another major challenge that comes up while implementing the HRIS is that of the security of the data and other vital information of the company. Just as importantly, companies should take precautions to ensure password management and to make sure that only parties with clearance can access certain sensitive information.
