Question
1.(The following really happened). You are the pilot in command of a general aviation aircraft on a visual flight rules flight from Austin to Longview. You’ve just picked up in Austin a dear friend you haven’t seen for years. You are chatting so much that you fly through the Class D airspace in Waco without talking to Air Traffic Control. The control tower at Longview has been told to ask you to contact the Longview tower by telephone to gather information.
What options are available to the pilot after landing?
Tell me about the complete process of what steps an FAA inspector might take after this incident.
2. You are an FAA appointed Aviation Medical Examiner. Several pilots have come to see you today.
The first was a student pilot attempting to get his or her third class medical so that he or she can solo. During your examination, the student pilot failed the color vision test. What option(s) does he or she have?
The second pilot, a member of a college fraternity known for their wild kegger parties, is filling out the questionnaire and is hesitating over the question about driving record. If you could whisper in his ear, what advice would you give?

Answer :
Federal Aviation Administration appointed Aviation Medical Officer :
Task : Examination of Pilots
If students fails to color vision test few things need to check like
1) Whats the % of vision Test
2) Whether that is allowable or not
3) If that fits ins tolerances given by FAA then what the medical treatment need to complete.
4) If vision is not clear then that candidate will not be selected on the ground of safety of passengers.
So for that student to have a medical surgery of vision if that is fixing within tolerances if it is not in tolerances then no selection will be take place.
For second case that student record is ,
Wild kegger parties
Question about driving record
In this case if this students is strong in knowledge then warn him for his character & then allowed.
If student is not strong in knowledge then no need to consider the candidature,
But its important to warn the students for his behavior.
