The working environment of the organization F is taken into consideration. F is an automobile organization which has a good reputation due to its high quality standards, services and differentiated products. The research and development department of the organization is taken into consideration. The internal conflict which occurred among the R&D team can be taken into consideration. Resolving the conflict within the organization is very important. It can reduce the productivity of the individuals through reverting their concentration from their work. It can also affect the communication and information flow within the team. Hence it becomes the responsibility of the leader to resolve such issues.
The leader can adopt the servant leadership model for resolving this issue. Through this model the leader can provide value to the team members and can share the leadership. Through this the ego and other internal conflicts can be avoided. Through transitional leadership model humanity within the authority can be practiced. Through this model empowering the employees or team members can be practiced.
