1. good environment like; lighting, free air flow, neatness of the surroundings and safety kits at the work place, all these are the indications of the healthy workplace or environment. all these can be provieded by the employer, but building the healthy environment through good relations among the people is completely depends on the workers.
2. the employee should not post any information related to work, process, product, or anything related to work or employer and he should not expose to the world what role he is playing there.
no, the employer does not have the right to check or verify the personal posts on FB or Twitter or any other sites. but in the same way the employee also should not commit any unethical practices, and should not do anything against company rules and regulations. if he cross his limits, then organisation also do the same thing.
3. corporates do not have any psychological disorders or problems. here the problem is with the employees who are working for the organisation. there are many psychological aspects where each employee will bothered or interested. few of the areas are salary hikes and equalities, hikes in the work place, promotions, etc.
4. my corporation has given freedom to the employees only. what ever the culture do you are interested you can follow it. there wont be any regulations from employer side. but my preference is for Indian culture only, where we prefer relations and values first the remaining are later.
