Most people agree that change is difficult and yet change is necessary to move forward. Explain why organizations within the hotel and tourism industries have a hard time changing their core values after an extended period of time.

Three methods that I would use to emphasize service and quality as part of our organization’s culture :

1. Fullfilling commitments to the customers in terms of quality and value for money

2. Providing warranties and ensuring proper after sale service

3. Customer feedback

Message should be communicated through the marketing and branding strategies of the team. Further, it is important that positive customer feedbacks are highlighted.

Organisations is hotel and tourism face challenges in training their employees in situation of organisation change. The hospitality industry is supposed to be active 24*7, which leaves little time for employees to attain formal training and absorb organisation changes.
