Explanation / Answer
Kelly should consider that David now has to pay for the house probably he was already paying plus the rent of his apartment, he needs to pay for pay taxes for both places.
They also need to think about James, it is hard for a child to grow up without both parents, they should try to resolve their issues for the good of James. Depending on James`s age he can react differently if Kelly brings home a man that is not his father, or he will not have much love for David because he does not see him every day.
The terms of the divorce do not mention anything about heath care, is David obligated to pay for healthcare of Kelly now that they are divorced? Is the health care included on the $6000 for James? They need to clarify the situation.
At the beginning of the case it says the home was inherited from “his” parents, this means the house belonged to David parents and it does not look right for Kelly to keep the house if it was the family of David who work hard to pay for the house before Kelly and David meet.
What is going to happen after the 5 years? Is David coming back to the house and Kelly needs to get her own apartment? What happens is David is running late on the bills because now he has 2 houses to take care off, will he go to jail for not paying on time child support?
