Introduction:

"Organization behavior is a learning of the solo and team activities in the work place"

Organization is collection of human beings from different place or different ideas or concept making them as one for organization goal achievement. Solo standing point will be variation and team member will be variation according to theories, Its behavior has set to attain the goals.

Summary:

I tried to observe the workplace of emergency service, it means picking the calls have to answer at the same time collection the facts from the callers and dispatch to the concern department because police, medical and fire assistance there are giving three types of assistant service. and send the how they are behaving in different type of situation, First the work had started with initial training period for the workers, i was started to note all the training is not based with team work at the same time not based with solo activity, it is considered to be mixed of both.   During the training period workers have gone different type of training and different type of assessed by evaluaters. Only Successful Candidates have joined in the organization.

Starting from the 1st day organization attitude is good because there is quality checker for weekly activities, there is difference for quality report, every body the organization seen as one so no variation. Manager were supported his/her team members and solve the doubt as soon as possible. If any one made a mistake managers and team members never forget to motivated to do the best in future, at the mean while who are doing the best performance they get incentives or promote for other activities. Monthly organization were paid for team outing. Working Environment having technology because there is huge network between collection data workers and dispatch to police, fire and ambulance. There is strict discipline is maintained over there. Even though Some Conflict were raised, after discussion with high authority it was solved.

Conclusion:

Organization is working to save million of life by minutes is there primary goal and there are still working on that motive.
