For this assignment, you will assess the organizational dynamics of an organization you are familiar with. Your presentation will consist of 12-15 slides with two paragraphs of notes (or narration) on each slide. The notes and/ or narration should offer additional information and should not simply repeat the content on your slides. This is also where you will use sources to support your work. Demonstrate this by using in text citations. A reference list slide must be included and is not included in the slide count expectations. Includes at least six (6) scholarly sources to support your work.

Simple organizational structure
It is a basic organizational structure with a centralized authority and power. Under this structure, organization doesn’t have formal departments and layer of management.

Overall attitude of an organization can be evaluated by culture. It measures that what perception od others have on the organization. It sets standard of behavior for employees, as to what they should do and what not.

1.Globalisation- It is very difficult for organization to think only at a regional or national level. The globalization is also a part of organization planning and growth. IT refers to the integration of world into one huge market. Hence it is important for the organization to think globally and enhance its operations globally. It provides the following benefits to the company.
2.Intense competition- It consist of determining the intensity is competition ,which company is facing is analyzed to determine main competitors, their expected moves and competitive advantage. Industry and competitive analysis is the most important strategic analysis, this analysis presents the company standing in the industry, compared to the competitors.
Hence following are some factors that the company must analyzed.
3.Ethical and green practices- It is important to apply the ethical principles in the context of environment. It requires commitment and responsibility towards the environment, including plants and animals as well as present and future generation of people. It requires minimizing the adverse impact of business activities on the environment.
Business organization can ensure the ethical practices by implementing the following strategies
4.Incorporating corporate social responsibility(CSR)- CSR is continuing commitment by the business to behave ethically and contribute to the economic development while improving the quality of life of the workforce and their families as well as of local community and the society at large. Business organizations are expected to consider the interest of the society while carrying out their operations . The business decisions should be based on financial factors as well as impact of those decisions on the society. CSR requires various voluntary efforts in which companies engage themselves in orders to give something back to the society.
Following strategies can be formed for the incorporation
Following are the steps that can be taken by the organization to overcome the issues related to any change occurred in an organization
1.Top management Initiative- Proper implementation of change requires active involvement of top management. The top management should exercise supervision on a continuous basis.
2.Organisational structure- The structure of the organization itself should be modified. Change on structure may require the change in strategic plans, policies, procedures.
3.Change manager- One person. agent, should tale initiative to implement the change. HE should be visionary, persuasive and consistent. It is his responsibility to translate the vision to a realistic plans.
4.Change plan- A change plan should be developed and communicated. Plans do change, so it is necessary to continuously communicate any change made in the change plan and its reasons.
5.Continuity in communication- The need to change, the actions taken and the results obtained, should be widely communicated, on a frequent and continuous basis.
6.Discussions- Frequent meting should be held . Everyone should be given an opportunity to express his ideas. Employees should be encouraged to express his feelings, concerns, worries and frustrations.
7. Coordination – Change is usually best carried out as a tem wide efforts. The focus would be on the co-ordination of all departments, not on each part by itself.
