Why communicating employee recognition is important and how it is done effectively
Employee recognition is an important tool to enhance productivity and boost the confidence and motivation of employees. It should be effectively communicated companywide. In this report, it is explained that why communicating employee recognition is important and how can it be done effectively. [Include few more filling sentences]

Employee recognition is an effective tool to boost overall productivity of the organization. Employee recognization can be of many different types. For example employees can be recognized for their performance by rewarding them with monetory compensation and/or by decorating them with medals and certificates. First category is focused on improving extrinsic motivation of the employees where employees are motivated with compensation, promotion or with greater responsibilities. The second category is where employees are motivated intrinsically. Here, mostly there is no monetary compensation is linked with employee recognization. The employee feel motivated intrincally if there work is recognized and valued.
